Order Process

On receiving the order from our agent, we check it with the factory and allocate a delivery date.

One of our professional customer service team will be in touch anywhere from 1 day after ordering, up to 3 weeks after ordering to organise the delivery and installation date with you.

We like to thoroughly check the details of the base and access route in preparation for a successful installation.

To secure your delivery date, we request 40% of the balance is paid so that we can put your building into manufacturing.

Your building will be manufactured any time between 1 week and 4 weeks before the scheduled delivery date. Our quality control team then conduct a thorough check, making sure the building is ready for delivery. 

The balance for your building is due approx. 7 days before the delivery date. Our installation team then aim to arrive at the approximate time provided to install your new garden building.
