Upon receiving your order from our agent, we liaise with the factory to confirm availability and allocate a delivery date. A member of our professional customer service team will reach out between 1 day and 3 weeks after your order is placed to arrange a convenient delivery and installation date.
Preparation
& Deposit
To ensure a smooth installation, we carefully review the base and access route details to address any potential issues. We request a 40% deposit to secure your delivery date and start the manufacturing process. This ensures your building is prioritised and ready for timely delivery and installation.
Manufacturing
& Final Payment
Your building will be manufactured between 1 and 4 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date. After a thorough quality check, the balance becomes due approximately 7 days before delivery. Our installation team will then arrive at the agreed time to assemble your new garden building.
